As the Lead visual designer your primary role would be working directly with designers and stakeholders. Also managing briefs that are at a campaign level involving multiple channels like Meta, email, display, social, etc. You will collaborate closely with copywriters and designers to maintain timelines and propose recommendations based on the briefs.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in handling campaign level projects.

• Ability to understand Ads performance data and collaborate with the team to fine-tune designs based on performance data, continuously refining visual strategies for maximum impact.

• Manage campaigns for different broadcasting channels such as Meta, email, newsletter, Whatsapp, marketplaces etc.

• You will partner with the external marketing agency to give feedback on designs and assist them to ensure consistency across all the deliverables.

• Collaborate daily with copywriters, designers, and marketing stakeholders to develop assets that are aligned with the brand.

• Ensure high quality of work in terms of layout, hygiene, type and on-time delivery.

• High ownership and accountability across all verticals.

• Developing design guidelines to guide the team and keep the production efficiency high while maintaining brand consistency.

• Strong design thinkers and proactive team players.

• Project management skillset and ability to navigate between multiple projects. Supporting the manager in allocating resources based on the briefs.
